Rich Powers, Jr. - Owner
Mr. Powers has over 15 years of experience designing custom software solutions based on Microsoft Office products. His depth of knowledge of these products comes from a decade of delivering classroom training to major corporations such as EMC2, Raytheon, and Lahey Clinic to name a few. Over the years, he has developed custom applications that, through automation, draw on the strengths of multiple MS Office products to deliver powerful desktop solutions to foreign and domestic clients such as The Boston Athletic Association, ING - Retirement, Genzyme, Exxon Mobil, Corning Life Sciences and many more.
Mr. Powers spent over a decade in new product development at ComputerVision, Stratus, and Concurent Computers. His past roles as a Manufacturing Engineer and Engineering Operations Manager provided hands-on experience in most aspects of a typical company, allowing him to better understand the needs of his clients.
Mr. Powers holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute.
Ted Armstrong
Mr. Armstrong has been designing dynamic solutions since 1996. His expertise lies in the development of dynamic, data-driven, web-based solutions. These solutions make clients' data available beyond the confines of the office. Using Cold Fusion, ASP, and ASP.NET, Ted allows us to extend the reach of traditional LAN- and office-based solutions without adding costly software licenses.
Before founding Solution Creators , Mr. Armstrong was the Vice President of Information Technology at National Leisure Group, a Boston-based retail travel company. Prior to that he held technical management positions at IBM and Revlon.
Mr. Armstrong has degrees in Mathematics from Colgate University and Music Production and Piano from The Berklee College of Music.
