So much business data is stored across multiple ‘systems’ that don’t talk to one another. Some may be in enterprise tools such as SAP. Some may be in shared Access databases, Excel spreadsheets, text files, QuickBooks, etc. In such an environment, it isn’t unusual for data to be manually entered in multiple systems to be able to use it for reporting. We find that practice offensive! Your computers should be able to do more of this wasteful act.

Many software systems provide at least some means of accessing their data, directly or indirectly. Whether they support direct access to data stores or import/export capabilities, we can unlock your data so you can use it wherever and however you wish.

For some situations, a 3rd-party tool may be required to act as a ‘bridge’ to your system. For instance, there are tools that allow for reading and writing data to and from the desktop version of QuickBooks. Imagine how much time can be saved by not having to manually enter data from your Excel spreadsheets, payroll or timecard systems into QuickBooks! In fact, we can have this data transferred automatically, on a schedule so you don’t even have to press a button!
